Für einen Webserver und Fileserver, auf den auch Windowsclients zugreifen, möchte ich einen neuen Virenscanner ausprobieren. Der Sophos Antivirus for Linux soll in diesem Test sehr gut abgeschnitten haben und zudem auch kostenlos angeboten werden: https://www.av-test.org/de/news/news-single-view/linux-16-schutzpakete-gegen-windows-und-linux-schaedlinge-im-test/
Nachfolgend eine Anleitung zur Installation der Antivirenlösung Sophos Antivirus für Linux in Version 9. Das Hostsystem ist ein Debian 8.4 Jessy mit aktuellem Kernel 3.16.0-4-amd64 in minimaler Installation.

Hierfür ist die Angabe der E-Mailadresse, die aktuell nicht mit realen Daten erfolgen muss, notwendigt. Nach der Eingabe wird der Download angeboten:
